This meditation armrest is designed to assist in the practice of the Aum Technique of Meditation, which is taught by the Yogoda Satsanga Society of India. This product is available in the following two variations:
Foldable:
This simple and functional armrest consists of three pieces that are easy to assemble and take apart for travel and storage. It is made of fine hardwood and hand finished in a natural wood color using a light oil sealer. The center brace adjusts easily and silently from 15.5″ to 25″ high (39.4 cm to 63.4 cm) to provide the correct height. The crosspiece measures 26″ (66 cm). A padded carrying case with zipper closure and adjustable shoulder strap is included.
Non-Foldable: It is a non-foldable armrest prepared from PVC material.
