A six-hour meditation was led by YSS monastics on February 6. The programme began with the Energization Exercises, followed by inspirational reading, periods of chanting, and meditation. It concluded with Guruji’s healing technique and a closing prayer.

This event was conducted in two sessions:

Session I: 6:10 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (IST)
Break:
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (IST)
Session II: 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (IST)
