About the Event

The sustainer of this universe is knocking at the gates of your heart, trying to enter through the portals of silence and make within you a garden of happiness.

— Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda

Each year Yogoda Satsanga Society of India monks visit cities around the country to help fulfil the ever-growing demand for Paramahansa Yogananda’s soul-liberating teachings. These monastic tours offer a blessed opportunity for newcomers who wish to introduce themselves to the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, and in-depth guidance in the YSS meditation techniques for YSS Lessons students.

During these events, you may also avail yourself of the guidance of YSS sannyasis in the application of Gurudeva’s teachings in your daily life.

As every spiritual event gives a new stimulus to one’s sadhana, your participation in these events will rekindle your spiritual enthusiasm, and will also help you to experience the joy and blessings that come from meditating with and being in the company of other earnest seekers.
