Dedication of New Dhyana Mandir in Warangal

April 26, 2016

A new Dhyana Mandir was dedicated on February 14, 2016, in Warangal, Telangana. The dedication ceremony began with a Prabhat Feri where devotees and YSS sannyasis carried Gurudeva’s picture chanting Gurudeva’s name with the accompaniment of gong bell and blowing of conch. With a prayer to Divine Mother and the Great Gurus, Swami Smaranananda opened the doors of the Dhyana Mandir.

After arti, Swami Smaranananda read out a message from our revered Sanghamata and President, Sri Sri Mrinalini Mata. In her letter she expressed her joy and gave her blessings that the Mandir be filled with the sacred vibrations of the devotees meditating together and prayed that those entering the Mandir be inspired by these vibrations. All the devotees felt uplifted. Later in the day Kriya Yoga diksha ceremony was organized in the new Mandir.

The Mandir became a reality because of the large heartedness of the builder and the loving contributions of the devotees. A three bedroom apartment on the fifth floor at Hanamkonda, Warangal was suitably modified into a mandir. It contains a hall which can accommodate about 100 devotees and a separate room for bookstore-cum- office. We pray that the new Dhyana Mandir be a sanctuary of God-communion for YSS devotees.
